Left 4 Dead 2 Cold Stream DLC To be Released This Month

Anyone who follows Valve’s Left 4 Dead Blog has known for a while that they intended to release a DLC of the user created campaign Cold Stream. Valve has announced the release date, July 24, 2012, as well as a complete list of what will be included in the DLC. On all platforms the DLC will include the Cold Stream campaign as well as a new melee weapon. For Xbox 360 users it will also include the Blood Harvest, Dead Air, Crash Course and Death Toll campaigns.

Valve will also be releasing an update that, along with other features not yet announced, will make all mutations available at all times. Which is great for those of us who have a personal favourite (mine’s Taaannnkk!) and want to play it more often than once every couple of months.
