Yeah, just like the title says, it seems that Overkill and Valve are in the works to bring the two games together. Interesting enough, seeing just yesterday during a conversation with our very own DeadMan, he was saying how when he played Payday: The Heist for review that it played a lot like a Left 4 Dead game in many ways. Now here we are with Valve in the works with Overkill Software to make an official crossover.
A part of me thinks this could be really cool, both games are first person shooters, four player co-op and providing challenging situations against immense oppositions.
“We are excited to be able to confirm that an in-depth collaboration between OVERKILL and Valve is currently in production,” said game director Ulf Andersson. “We are working on a very cool blend of Payday and Left 4 Dead.”
So how will this work? You are robbing a bank and zombies attack?
