Arkham City Screenshots

Last month we got the name and a “release date” for the highly anticipated Batman: Arkham Asylum. Coming out Autumn 2011, Batman: Arkham City will continue the story of the first and expand the asylum, giving you more things to grapple and more room to kick ass.

So, if you haven’t played the first game **SPOILER ALERT**. After taking down the Joker, the asylum has fallen on hard times. Quincy Sharp, the old warden and Spirit of Arkham, has decided to expand Arkham’s borders into the slums of Gotham. The nutjobs are given free reign in these slums that are guarded by Tyger mercanaries. One day Mr. Harvey Dent, better known as the dichotomous super-villain Two-Face, threatens to execute Catwoman in the Arkham City. Of course, the Batman will not stand for this.
