The zombie squad base shooter was for scheduled to come out in late 2011, but was then pushed to early 2012 some months ago and now we have an official date.
It has been announced by CAPCOM, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will be released in the U.S. on March 20, 2012.
There is apparently a few different pre-order items you can get for plonking down the cash early, including a couple different weapons. All are different depending on where you get your pre-order (GameStop, Amazon or Best Buy).
Furthermore, a Special Edition of Operation Raccoon City will also be released. Which will include the game, a steelbook containing exclusive artwork, an Umbrella Security Service embroider patch, Spec Ops Field Unit patch and all eight pre-order weapons.
