Afua Richardson Announced As New Artist On Blade Series

Artist Afua Richardson (Genius) has been recently announced at the Women of Marvel panel at C2E2 as the new artist on the long delayed Blade ongoing series, which will feature Blade’s daughter as the main character and will be written by Tim Seeley. The series was previously announced last year with artist Logan Faerber, but was pulled from the release schedule till now possibly due to the rumors of a new Blade film in the works.

Looking at the new design images for Blade it definitely looks like a good fit and although I’m not sure what to expect from this series at this point they’ve definitely got me interested.
