DC to Release DC Universe By Neil Gaiman

DC Comics has recently announced that they will release the DC Universe by Neil Gaiman collection, similar to the previously released DC Universe by Alan Moore (which is great by the way), and will collect a bunch of stories from random issues of things he has written for the publisher. The solicit for what is included is here..

BATMAN #686, DETECTIVE COMICS #853, GREEN LANTERN/SUPERMAN: LEGEND OF THE GREEN FLAME, plus stories from SECRET ORIGINS, BATMAN: BLACK AND WHITE and WEDNESDAY COMICS

This means that this will include Gaiman’s work with some great artists including Michael Allred, Mark Buckingham, and Andy Kubert just to name a few. I’m very interested to check this out because its a good way to read a great writers work with a company that’s limited and hard to come by all in one collection.
