In April, Five Nights at Freddy’s creator Scott Cawthon announced that Five Nights 4 would be coming this Halloween. Turns out it’s going to be coming a bit earlier than that.
In an email from Cawthon to YouTuber Dawko, Cawthon revealed that Five Nights 4 is actually releasing August 8th of this year, marking the one year anniversary of the franchise. The email went on to say that the game will be getting a free content update on Halloween, making this the first game in the series to get DLC. Finally, the email mentions a trailer, which you can see above. You can also view the email here.
