Lately I’ve gotten super deep into JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. I am absolutely loving the anime, and have been digging into the wiki. Too bad I’m not the biggest fan of the manga, though, otherwise this news would get me really excited.
North American publisher Viz Media announced this past week that they will be bringing JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency, the second arc in the JoJo series, to North America digitally in March of 2015, with a print edition coming in the fall of that year. Battle Tendency follows Joseph Joestar, grandson of Jonathan Joestar, as he battles the Pillar Men, four incredibly powerful beings who created the stone masks that turned Dio into a vampire in the first part of JoJo, Phantom Blood.
Viz had previously announced that it was going to be releasing Phantom Blood digitally this September with a print edition coming out in February 2015. Additionally, they began digitally releasing their 2005 translations of Stardust Crusaders, the third arc in JoJo, last Friday, with new volumes being released weekly.
