During Microsoft’s E3 press conference, it was revealed that a new Killer Instinct game is coming to the Xbox One. While they were showing that off in one of the most real moments in the entire show, a new partnership was revealed.
All games on the Xbox One will be able to be streamed through the online live streaming service Twitch. Twitch will also be accessible using the Kinect voice commands so you can yell at your console to stream your gameplay. So that’s nice. According to Marc Whitten, the guy onstage for all of this, other Xbox Live users will be able to “participate and impact the game” using Twitch.
This definitely gives the Xbox One one leg up on the PS4, which’ll be using UStream instead. But that’s only one leg. PS4 is still killing the Xbone for me.
