From The Designer Of Portal Comes Soul Fjord

I never really wondered what a blacksploitation viking game would look like. However, thanks to Kim Swift and Airtight games, I get to find out anyways. Soul Fjord is a dungeon crawler with rhythm based combat. There’s not much more to be described in the story than the first line in this article says.

The game will be coming out on the one platform that everyone is sure to own and therefore buy this game on, the Ouya. The game will be an Ouya exclusive, so if you want to fight your way through funky Valhalla, you’re going to have to drop $99 on the console.

The Ouya initially grabbed all of my attention. Slowly but surely I lost interest completely. This, however, has at least made me curious again. The game itself would never work as a selling point for me. I do not like blacksploitation, vikings, nor dungeon crawlers. However, seeing that there are developers willing to make games exclusive to the Ouya shows that it has some value.
