Fuji TV recently ran a commercial hinting at an anime adaptation of Hiromu Arakawa’s (Fullmetal Alchemist) Silver Spoon manga. The only information thus far is that it will be running in the Noitama programming block, and that there is a website you can visit right here.
The manga follows Yugo Hachiken, a city boy, as he attends an agricultural school in order to distance himself from his parents. Of course, he got entry into the school with his academics, and knows next to nothing about anything related to farming. Antics and hilarity ensue. Here’s the commercial, but it doesn’t really reveal much:
