Vergil Will Star in DmC DlC

Usually I start off these news articles with some bullshit about what the article’s going to be about or at least tangentially related to the article, but this time I’m at a loss. I have no real investment in the Devil May Cry series. I only played an hour or two of the first and I thought it was fine… So yeah… Now the news part.

Vergil, Dante’s twin brother, will be the star of the first piece of DLC for DmC. Called Vergil’s Downfall, the add-on will have its own, unique storyline and come with all new weapons, locations, enemies, and combos. It will be available “shortly after launch” and run you 720 MSP on Xbox 360 and about $9 on PS3. If you’re in North America and you pre-ordered the game through GameStop, you will get a free download code for content.

DmC will be available on Xbox 360 and PS3 on January 15th, 2013 in North America and Europe and will be coming to the PC some time after that.
