Collection games. I’ve said all I’ve needed to say about them. But now I have another one to talk about, as Ubisoft announced this week that there will be an Assassin’s Creed collection.
Called the Assassin’s Creed Anthology, the collection will have all five of the main games in the AC series. That means you get Assassin’s Creed, Assassin’s Creed 2, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, Assassin’s Creed Revelations, and the recently released Assassin’s Creed 3. The package will also come with all the DLC from every game, including the AC3 Season Pass, a lithograph for each of the games for a total of five, and a steel book to keep all the games in.
It is a bit weird announcing this bundle now, seeing as how 3 just came out and later this week we are going to be getting the Ezio Trilogy, which collects 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations. Also a bit weird, this bundle is currently exclusive to the UK and Europe. It is exclusively being sold on all the European Amazon sites, and according to Ubisoft the anthology “isn’t currently confirmed for US release.”
The Assassin’s Creed Anthology will be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 in the UK on November 30th for £120 and throughout the rest of Europe on November 29th for €150.
