We all knew it was coming. Don’t try to deny it. In this day and age, what big name games get to be released and have that be all there is to it? How many AAA games don’t get DLC? None. Dishonored is no exception. We learned recently that the Bethesda published and Arkane developed assassination game is going to be getting not one, not two, but three DLC packs, and we’ll be getting the first one this holiday season.
The first pack, called Dunwall City Trials, is going to be a pack of 10 challenges. These challenges will include races, special assassinations, and even an arena battle mode. Just what that stealth game needed, more arena combat. Bethesda said that the next two packs won’t be coming out until 2013 and they will both be story driven. The second pack will have players take control of a character named Daud, another magic assassin with his own hit list. Details on the third pack will be released at a later date.
Dishonored: Dunwall City Trials will be coming out this December for $4.99 or 400 MS points.
