After years of speculation, anticipation, and big talk, DC Comics is finally releasing Grant Morrison’s superhero epic, Multiversity. The 8-part miniseries — 6 one-shots and a two part conclusion — will reestablish the Multiverse in the DCU.
Each issue of Multiversity will take place on a different Earth of the Multiverse and will be a new number one (think Seven Soldiers) and each will have a different artist.
The most widely talked about issue of Multiversity is Pax Americana, with art by Frank Quietly. Morrison uses the Charlton heroes that inspired Alan Moore’s Watchmen (Blue Beetle, The Question, Peacemaker, Captain Atom, etc)
Multiversity is expected to hit shelves late 2013.
