Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple Getting a Third OVA

Manga creator Shun Matsuena announced on Wednesday that the 49th volume of the manga(to be released on November 16) will be bundled with the third OVA produced, and the OVA will feature the assassin, Christopher Eclair, as the villain.

The first and second OVAs were released in March and May, respectively. Outside of the OVAs and manga, there was also a full length anime series. The show tells the story of Kenichi Shirahama, a wimpy kid that even the nerds pick on, and his trials as he learns self defence from the dojo where a classmate lives. Think Gurren Lagann, but with martial arts instead of giant robots.
