Every once in a while, someone from films or music or something are attached to a certain game and it can come across a bit weird at times. Back in 2008, Steven Spielberg teamed up with EA to make a game about throwing shit at blocks. This year, Snoop Dogg – oh, sorry, I mean Snoop Lion is heavily involved with Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Now we have another one of these things to watch out for, and it is one of the weirder ones to me.
Andrew Lloyd Webber, the award winning composer and shit for 13 musicals, is going to be making a video game. Called Andrew Lloyd Webber: Sing and Dance, the game will support up to four players who can compete against each other in various singing and dancing competitions, or they can play a career mode where they sing and dance their way to the top of the musical theater world. Players will also be able to square off against the stars of Webber’s plays, including Elaine Page, Sarah Brightman, Michael Crawford and Donny Osmond.
The game will have a 32 song tracklist pulled from all 13 of Webber’s musical, but six unannounced tracks will not feature singing.
Andrew Lloyd Webber: Sing and Dance will be available September 14th for the Nintendo Wii.
